Individual Homes can truly be described as a boutique building company, (but without the cost, the word “boutique” suggests), as John is both the designer and the builder. The result of which, is that of an exceptional level of personal service to clients, where John and Glynis are the only people they need deal with. This eliminates any confusion that can arise, when too many are involved.
The philosophy has always been to restrict the quantity of homes each year, to that number which can be comfortably completed, by the same team of tradesmen (of many years), who genuinely care about what they do.
Because their work is of a uniform high standard, John and Glynis have found their best salespeople to be former clients, as is proven by the many referrals, and repeat business, they receive.
Experience has taught them, that most people prefer to incorporate their own ideas into their new home, but often can not quite visualise them. With this in mind, they offer clients, a free design service, supported by flexibility throughout construction.
