Individual Homes is located in Cleveland, south of Brisbane. We have built many beautiful new homes, additions, extensions and renovations within the Bayside and Redlands area, as many of our clients prefer to deal with a local builder. However, we also provide our services anywhere within the Brisbane and northern Gold Coast regions.

Although our core business is “design and construction”, we are also happy to work with your own drawings, should you have them. We have done so, many times in the past.

We build lowset, single storey, double storey, split level and three storey homes, of traditional, colonial, contemporary, modern, architectural or themed design, on acreage, waterfront, small or narrow lots, as well as sloping and steep sites. Of course, it’s always a great delight for us, to build on a typical flat, level, suburban block!

Because we primarily build around the Bayside, often on properties with views of the water from the second storey level, we frequently build homes with upper floor living, or “upside down” houses, as they are sometimes described. Similarly, upper floor additions are a popular extension.

As is more common these days, we are often required to build on re-developed sites or in “Character Code” areas. Those types of sites require particular attention, so whether it is a town planning application, or the demolition of an old home, we have the experience to proceed through these machinations, without unnecessary stress to our clients.
